Delete your Assistant Hub account
You can ask us to delete your Assistant Hub account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You do not need the app installed to do this.
How to request deletion
- Cancel any card plan first on the Tiers page (one click, Cancel plan), so it is not charged again. If one is still active when we handle your request, we cancel it.
- Email us from the email address on your account, with the subject
Delete my accountand your Assistant Hub username: If your account has no email address, include your username and we will ask you to confirm the request from your signed-in account. - We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days of your request.
What we delete
Your account and the data linked to it, including:
- Account details: username, email address, display name and password hash
- Settings, and any API keys you saved
- Watchers, alert rules and your alert history
- Your Telegram pairing (Telegram user ID, chat ID and @username)
- Any wallet address you connected
- Your AI chat history, and any agents you created with their logs
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment records (plan, amount, date and Stripe reference numbers): kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and for refunds. They never contain card numbers.
- Security audit log entries: these use pseudonymized IDs, not your name or email, and are deleted after 90 days (365 days for high-severity security incidents).
- Records held by others: Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. Your chat with our Telegram bot stays in Telegram until you delete it there. USDC transactions on the Base network are public and cannot be deleted by anyone.
Delete some data without closing your account
- Telegram: press Disconnect on the Telegram Bot card in Settings → Notifications & Alerts. The pairing record is deleted right away.
- Watchers: delete any watcher from your alert list.
- Anything else: email us at the address above and say what you want removed.
