1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Assistant Hub ("the Service") at rmassistanthub.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Assistant Hub ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Assistant Hub is a web-based AI assistant platform providing multi-provider AI chat (Google Gemini, Grok, local models), cryptocurrency market data and portfolio tools, AI-powered mentoring, and tiered subscription access. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
You may register with email/password or by connecting a crypto wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4.2 Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update such information as necessary.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.4 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape or systematically extract data without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or tier restrictions
- Use the Service for illegal financial activity, money laundering, or fraud
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Export or re-export the Service or any related technology in violation of U.S. export control laws, including to countries or persons subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account termination and referral to law enforcement.
6. Subscription Tiers and Payments
6.1 Free Tier
Free accounts are subject to daily message limits and feature restrictions shown on the Tiers page.
6.2 Paid Tiers
Pro and Premium tiers require payment via USDC on the Base network through the BANKR x402 protocol.
6.3 No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature.
6.4 Tier Changes
We may modify tier pricing, features, and limits at any time with reasonable notice.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Service (including chat messages, prompts, or feedback), you grant Assistant Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
8.1 Not Professional Advice
All AI-generated responses are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice.
8.2 No Liability for AI Output
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional.
8.3 Third-Party AI Providers
AI responses are generated by third-party providers (Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Meta LLaMA, etc.) whose own terms of service also apply.
9. Cryptocurrency and Wallet Features
9.1 Read-Only Portfolio
Wallet connectivity is used for authentication and read-only portfolio viewing only. We never have access to your funds or private keys.
9.2 Not Financial Advice
Cryptocurrency prices and Oracle AI analysis are for informational purposes only. Crypto markets are volatile and you may lose money.
9.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse blockchain transactions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, branding, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Assistant Hub, protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used freely without compensation or attribution.
11. Copyright Infringement โ DMCA Policy
11.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)

13. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google Gemini, xAI Grok, BANKR x402, CoinGecko, Etherscan, DeBank, Railway, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
15. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSISTANT HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING CRYPTOCURRENCY LOSSES OR AI OUTPUT YOU ACT UPON. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, or any other force majeure event.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assistant Hub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
17. Dispute Resolution โ Binding Arbitration
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally by providing written notice of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt.
17.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
17.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND ASSISTANT HUB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
17.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Small claims court actions within applicable limits are also excluded from this arbitration requirement.
17.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be resolved in U.S. federal or state courts.
18. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Assistant Hub regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
