3. 3 On a 402, pay and retry

   An unpaid premium call returns JSON-RPC error -32402 with an x402 body: the amount, the USDC contract and the recipient. Send that amount in USDC on Base, then retry the same call with the transaction hash. Only a transfer confirmed on Base, of at least the price, mined in the last 30 minutes and never used before, is accepted.
